Seminar: Multiplex cytokine analysis using FluoroSpot and EYRAplex

We will explain our multiplex ELISA (EYRAplex) and the cell-based assays ELISpot and FluoroSpot. We’ll walk you through their benefits and limitations to empower you to choose the right tools to answer your research questions.  

We’ll present how FluoroSpot can be used to find rare antigen-specific T cells and why B cell ELISpot is outstanding for investigating memory B cells in circulation. 

We present examples of how our assays have facilitated discoveries in research on vaccines, cancer therapies, inflammation, autoimmunity, allergy, and tuberculosis.
